the room was clean and spacious.

The valet parking was not available. That was annoying! they gave me a first-floor room, and i couldn't sleep because of the road noise. the reception area was also too noisy due to the pool table. It was really frustrating to try and relax there.

Really good Stay

The hotel entrance always has a fresh scent. Staff members were happy to greet me each day, that was great. I found the retro vibe appealing! Rooms provided super comfort after long days exploring. This. The facilities are conveniently located in one building.

The road in front of the hotel was damaged. That needs repair though the rest was great.

The rooftop pool provided a relaxing experience, complete with a bar. The fitness center included modern equipment, I saw several treadmills and stationary bikes available for guest use, and the pool area was quite spacious.

The restaurant offered a variety of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The buffet featured both local and international dishes, I saw many choices. The rooftop bar provided a great setting, it was perfect for evening drinks.

the cleaner, subhagya, was very nice. he made sure our room was super clean each day. the linens was fresh. toiletries was arranged neatly.

my savvy guest room had a king bed. it included complimentary transfer to dubai mall, burj khalifa, burjuman & kite beach. the front desk staff were friendly, especially shivam. he was responsive and willing to assist with everything i needed.

the receptionist was rude. i felt literally kicked out onto the streets at 5am. i received no help or suggestions. the gym and high note floor had a horrible smell.

the hotel food was good, so there wasnt a problem to find something i like.

The receptionist gave us rooms near the bar, and it was noisy until late. I was not happy about it. the music was loud every night, and i had to call to complain. the hotel location is not great either because of heavy traffic.
